Larry D. Silver
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Since 1972 Larry D. Silver has led Silver Companies to becoming a highly successful real estate investment and development organization. Under Larry’s strong leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, the organization has transitioned from a local commercial real estate development company to a national investment and development organization recognized for its innovative, multi-dimensional approach to real estate investment and development.

Spencer B. Silver
As President of Silver Companies, Spencer has taken on a variety of roles in the family business since a young age applying what he has learned from his father and grandfather. Spencer began his career in real estate, overseeing a division of Silver Companies by implementing and analyzing senior housing data. Today Spencer is focused on growing the family-owned business into its third generation. His responsibilities cover all areas of the business, ranging from multifamily development and operations, to expanding opportunities within Silver Capital. Prior to joining Silver Companies full-time, Spencer worked at Meridian Capital in research and underwriting. Spencer graduated from the Canfield Business Honors Program in the McCombs School of Business at University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Business Honors and Finance.
Ali E. Dominguez

Ali E. Dominguez
Ali joined Silver Companies in 2021, prior to joining Silver Companies, he was Vice President of Accounting for Codina Partners, a privately held real estate development, property management and investment firm in South Florida.
Ali holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida International University and a master’s in business administration (MBA) from St. Thomas University. Ali resides in Boca Raton, FL with his wife and four children.

Gregg DeSantis
As Chief Operating Officer, Gregg oversees a diverse range of business operations to ensure the company maintains its long-term goals and strategic direction of comprehensive and sustainable growth. He heads up site acquisitions, negotiates pricing, and conducts due diligence. Gregg has extensive experience in the acquisition, development and management of convenience stores. He originally joined Silver Companies in 1988 where he managed Silver’s investment in convenience stores. Operating under the Silver Express brand, Gregg developed and franchised the stores. Following Silver’s sale of the business, Gregg was President of CFM Development Corp. Based in Wheeling WV, he developed and managed more than 50 convenience store and gasoline locations in the Ohio Valley. Gregg attended West Liberty University and was formerly a Commissioner of Brooke County, WV.
Marko L. Brakovich
SVP, Development and Construction
Marko L. Brakovich
As Senior Vice President of Development and Construction, Marko leads the planning and execution of all development and construction activities for Silver Companies. He manages all aspects of the land development, preconstruction and construction phases of projects, including guiding strategic business decisions, overseeing due diligence on land acquisitions, and acting as a conduit for all team members, clients, and key stakeholders. Marko has led approximately $1.4 billion of development and construction projects of varying types and sizes, with an emphasis on multi-family projects. This includes over 9,000 beds for student housing, both on and off campus, and over 3,000 luxury apartment units. During his career, he has held various executive positions from Vice President to Senior Vice President of Construction. As a graduate of the University of Florida M.E Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management, Marko earned a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction and completed Graduate Studies in Construction Management.

Chris Newport
Chris is responsible for overseeing our senior housing portfolio and leading operations that deliver world-class service in hospitality to our residents that exceed their expectations. This includes launching Jubilation by Silver Companies, a new brand of multifamily communities dedicated exclusively to 55+ active adults. Chris brings extensive knowledge and experience in senior living, from building his career in management positions over 12 years within Life Care Services, the second largest manager of senior living communities and continuing care retirement communities in the country. While working at Life Care Services, Chris was directly responsible for the start-up and stabilization of Sinai Residences of Boca Raton in Florida. He also served as General Manager of the Wellbrooke of Wabash located in Wabash, Indiana.
Chris holds licensure from the National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) and nursing home administrator licensures across several states. He graduated from Indiana State University with a B.A. degree in Sociology and Business Administration and later earned his M.B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2015.
Tim Bostrom
VP, Multi-family Asset Management
Tim Bostrom
Tim oversees our multi-family communities and related new properties nationally. He brings 20+ years of experience and expertise in the real estate industry and has achieved the designation of CAM and CAPS from the National Apartment Association. Tim is responsible for driving growth and revenue across our multi-family portfolio, working with the management companies and other external partners, developing strategic plans, preparing annual budgets and monitoring performance.
Prior to joining Silver Companies, Tim worked for several property management firms where he served as both Regional Property Manager and Regional Vice President. Most recently, he achieved success driving growth across eight apartment communities comprising more than 1900 units, part of a larger national portfolio. Tim holds a B.S. in Real Estate Management from Virginia Tech.
Robert Rajeczky

Robert Rajeczky
As Vice President of Hospitality, Robert oversees all management of events and food and beverage operations for our multi-family communities and our agritourism resort, The Lodge at Moss Neck. He is responsible for training and managing event planners and hospitality staff, as well as developing corporate partnerships with businesses to negotiate cost efficiencies on products and services for events. Robert brings a wealth of experience to Silver Companies, from working for 15 years at Bocaire Country Club, an exclusive country club located in Boca Raton, FL, where he was the Food and Beverage Director, to co-owning the T’Bretonje Tavern in Belgium. Robert holds many certifications from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, a professional management development program, and was the recipient of the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation “John Clifford Memorial Scholarship Award.” Robert earned his A.A.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Palm Beach College, and holds a B.B.A. from Northwood University in Business Management.

Rabbi Josh Broide
Rabbi Josh Broide has been at the forefront of the nonprofit world, pioneering award-winning initiatives that have redefined Jewish engagement and community building. Currently, he serves as the Director of both the Silver Foundation and the Deborah and Larry D. Silver Center for Jewish Engagement, a division of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County. In these key leadership roles, Rabbi Broide strategically develops and oversees programs that enrich Jewish life, empower emerging leaders, and strengthen philanthropic investment in Jewish learning and continuity. Under his guidance, the Silver Foundation’s innovative grants and engagement strategies continue to transform communities.
Jesse A. Holshouser

Jesse A. Holshouser
Jesse Holshouser joined Silver Companies as Chief Financial Officer in January, 2003. His responsibilities include corporate and project financing, asset management, due diligence, risk management and accounting and reporting.
During his 40-year career in corporate and real estate finance, Jesse has specialized in real estate financing, development, investment, acquisitions and operations, deal structuring, market research, financial modeling, strategic planning, and risk management. He was an advisor to Jack Nicklaus immediately prior to joining Silver Companies. Prior to that he was the Chief Financial Officer of the PGA of America for 11 years where he also served as Managing Director of its golf course development, licensing and management group. Prior to the PGA, Jesse was the Chief Financial Officer of a real estate investment banking firm for four years, a management consultant with Price Waterhouse for five years and a real estate appraiser and analyst with a savings and loan for four years. Jesse earned an MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan in 1978 and earned a B.B.A. in real estate from Florida Atlantic University in 1975.
Edward O. Minnear, Jr.

Edward O. Minnear, Jr.
Ed Minnear has led the Residential Division since 1978. This division acquires plans and develops residential communities and sells lots to home builders. It has developed approximately 50,000 home sites in single-family, planned unit and active adult retirement communities.
Ed is a past President of the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association and an inductee in its Hall of Fame. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Mary Washington Hospital Foundation since 1989. Ed is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Industrial Management.
